Employees are the key resources who directly or indirectly improve sales. It is advisable to all business owners to keep their employees contented. The reason being, a company’s productivity is directly related to its human resource and their performance. It is important to motivate them to perform better and encourage team work in work place. Business owners should not over look this fact and must make sure that they are satisfied through out their tenure of employment.

A token of appreciation: Employees who have been in your industry for long must be recognized. A Senior person must be given a corporate gift as a token of appreciation.
